Five kinds: Medium Hot, Yellow or Green Sweet, Hot or Sweet Banana, Jalapeno.
If ribs and seeds are removed from Medium Hot Peppers, they loose their heat. All peppers will turn red when fully ripe. Red Peppers are sweeter, but will not be as crisp when canned. Red Roasting Peppers are usually not available before Labor Day.

Peppers are picked in 5 gallon buckets which we provide. Bring your own container to take them home. Plastic trash bags work well.
