Montmorency Cherries FRESH from Michigan! Cherries are picked fresh, packed in their own juice, chilled and sent to us from the grower. They may be ordered unsugared or sugared, 1 part sugar to 5 parts cherries. Unsugared cherries may look brown on top where the cherries are not covered with juice. This is a natural result of the sugar in the cherries mixing with oxygen in the air. It does NOT affect the quality OR flavor of the cherries.
