Canners or juice tomatoes, plum or paste, and green tomatoes. Tomatoes ripen in the dark. To hasten ripening, place in a paper bag. Tomatoes taste better if NOT refrigerated.

Tomatoes are picked into 5 gallon buckets which we provide, then transferred to your container to to take home. Cardboard boxes work well.
