Collards, Turnips, Mustard, and Kale. If greens are "cropped", that is the leaves are taken but the hearts left behind, they will continue to produce until a killing freeze (below 20 degrees). Snow will not hurt the greens. They are sweeter and more tender after the first frost.

Greens are picked in one bushel plastic bags which we provide and are priced by the bag. Greens may be mixed or matched.
